Connecticut guard Jordan Hawkins is coming to New Orleans.
The Pelicans used the No. 14 overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft to select the 6-foot-5, 195-pound shooting guard.
Hawkins helped lead the Huskies to the national championship.
He's also the cousin of LSU women's basketball forward Angel Reese.
Experts rate Hawkins as the best movement shooter in the draft class as well as one of the better three-point shooters.
