A former Ochsner doctor is out on bond following his second arrest for video voyeurism.
Police arrested 31-year-old Andrew Matthews on August 2nd after a hidden camera was found inside a medical staff restroom at the hospital system's main campus in Jefferson Parish.
Matthews was booked for ten counts of video voyeurism at the time.
After detectives finished searching his seized electronic devices, they arrested him last Friday for another 34 counts.
Ochsner says Matthews was fired after the camera was discovered.
