Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry still holds a substantial fundraising lead among the candidates for governor.
According to the latest report from the Louisiana Ethics Administration, the Republican Landry brought in more than $1.8 million between July 7 and Sept. 4.
That's over double the amount raised by independent Hunter Lundy, who reported the second-highest total in that timeframe.
Landry's campaign says they have more than $6.6 million in their coffers ahead of the October 14 primary.
