Study: None Of Nation's Fastest-Growing Cities Are In Louisiana

An online financial tech company says not a one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation is in Louisiana.

SmartAsset listed 344 cities with populations of more than 100,000 and their growth between 2017 and 2022 as reported by the U.S. Census.

Lafayette, New Orleans, and Shreveport all lost four percent or more of their populations in that period.

Of the three fastest-growing cities on the list, two are in Arizona and the third is in Nevada.
