Pelicans Lose To Timberwolves, 122-101

The New Orleans Pelicans lost their third straight game Wednesday night, falling to the Minnesota Timberwolves 122-101.

Brandon Ingram scored a team-high 24 points and dished out six assists. Jordan Hawkins totaled 14 points on a night where the Pels shot 28.6 percent from beyond the arc.

Zion Williamson did not play in the game due to personal reasons and CJ McCollum was sidelined for the second straight game due to his collapsed right lung.

New Orleans, which sits third in the Southwest Division at 4-4, wrap up their three-game road trip tomorrow night against the Houston Rockets.
