The New Orleans Pelicans are extending the arena naming-rights partnership with Smoothie King.
Pelicans owner Gayle Benson made the announcement on Tuesday.
To celebrate the renewal, the first thousand fans to arrive at "The Blender" on January 5 for the Pelicans' game against the Los Angeles Clippers will receive a 12-ounce King Cake Smoothie.
