A number of school districts are canceling classes again today because of the cold weather.
All New Orleans and Orleans Parish public schools are still closed, along with public schools in Lafourche, St. James, St. John the Baptist, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Terrebonne Parishes.
Virtual classes will be held in Washington Parish public schools, Delgado Community College, and Loyola University.
Morning classes at LSU and the University of New Orleans will be remote, and in-person classes resume in the afternoon.
