The Green Wave pulled off an upset victory on their home court as Tulane defeated 12th-ranked Memphis 81-79 in AAC action in New Orleans.
Sion James scored a season-high 22 points to pair with seven rebounds. Kevin Cross filled the stat sheet with 21 points, seven rebounds, five assists, two steals and a pair of blocks.
The Green Wave improved to 12-6 overall and 3-3 in AAC action.
They will visit UTSA on Wednesday night.
