LSU FB Promotes Sloan, Hankton To Co-Offensive Coordinators

LSU is promoting quarterbacks coach Joe Sloan and wide receivers coach Cortez Hankton to co-offensive coordinators.

Head football coach Brian Kelly announced the promotions on Wednesday.

Sloan and Hankton will both retain their present roles.

They played an important part in LSU's impressive offense in the 2023 season that produced a Heisman Trophy winner and a Biletnikoff finalist.

LSU was the only school in the Football Bowl Subdivision to have a top-ten passing and rushing offense.
