A couple of former LSU teammates will be looking to one-up each other in the upcoming NFL season.
Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels and Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers appear to have a $10,000 wager between them. Both players believe they will finish as the top offensive rookie in 2024.
However, the bet is unlikely to actually happen due to the league's gambling policy.
According to ESPN, rookies will be educated on the gambling policy during their minicamp which begins this week.
The 2022 gambling policy stated that gambling includes "private wagers between teammates, family and friends, or others" but was not included in the revised 2023 policy.
