Ninth-ranked LSU will play Jackson State on Friday night in the Baton Rouge Regional.
The Tigers enter at 40-15 and are searching for their first national championship in program history.
California and Southern Illinois will meet in the other game of the four-team regional.
#13 Louisiana will face Princeton Friday afternoon in the Lafayette Regional. The Rajun' Cajuns head into the tournament with a 42-17 record overall. Ole Miss and Baylor will meet in the other game of the four-team regional.
Finally, the 45-13 Southeastern Louisiana Lions will play Clemson Friday afternoon in the Tuscaloosa Regional, which also features 14th-ranked Alabama and South Carolina Upstate.
