A Texas headstone maker accused of defrauding his customers is awaiting extradition after his arrest in Baton Rouge.

U.S. Marshals took 37-year-old Noie Hesbrook III into custody on Wednesday.

Hesbrook reportedly stole thousands of dollars from at least 90 customers by taking payment for headstones he never delivered.

Hesbrook was released on bond after being arrested in February, but he skipped a court date the following month.

Officials don't know when he came to Baton Rouge.
