A man accused of killing a Loranger mother and her four-year-old daughter is returning to Louisiana.
Daniel Callihan waived his rights to any federal hearings in Mississippi and asked for them to be held in Louisiana.
Callihan and his girlfriend, Victoria Cox, face charges of first degree murder and kidnapping in connection with the deaths of 35-year old Callie Brunett and her daughter Erin.
As of last night, Callihan was still waiting to extradited back to Louisiana.
