A second Slidell High School teacher is now accused of having inappropriate relationships with students.
Police arrested 31-year-old Shelby Cavignac on Wednesday.
Her arrest resulted from a continued investigation of 35-year-old Alexa Wingerter, who was arrested in late April for reportedly having inappropriate relationships with male students and sending inappropriate texts.
In addition to finding evidence implicating Cavignac, investigators found more evidence against Wingerter, who was arrested a second time on Wednesday.
