Audubon Zoo officials are belatedly announcing the births of two endangered black-and-white ruffed lemurs.
The male lemurs, named Kallisto and Galileo, were born in April as part of a breeding program recommended by the Species Survival Plan.
Their parents, six-year-old Masiaka and 17-year-old Gascar, had their first litter last year.
Kallisto and Galileo will join their siblings, Dipper and Andromeda, at the zoo's World of Primates exhibit.
