New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell has another 21 days to respond to a civil rights lawsuit against her.
Anne Breaud filed suit in July, claiming her personal information was made public when Cantrell tried to get a restraining order against her. The lawsuit claims Breaud's address, birthday, Social Security number, and license photo were revealed.
Cantrell's case for a TRO was dismissed in June.
On Monday, a judge granted Cantrell's request for more time to prepare a response to the lawsuit, granting her a 21-day extension.
