Four Saints legends are one step closer to immortality.
The Pro Football Hall of Fame announced that 183 former NFL players have been nominated for their Class of 2025 Seniors category, including four former Saints.
Running back/kick returner Mel Gray, quarterback Bobby Hebert, linebacker Pat Swilling, and defensive back Dave Whitsell were included on the nomination list.
New Orleans is 1-0 so far this season and will visit the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. Kickoff is at noon in Arlington's AT&T Stadium.
