Josh Williams scored the go-ahead score on a two-yard TD run with just over a minute remaining in the fourth quarter. Garrett Nussmeier completed 24-of-40 passes for 285 yards, two touchdowns and an interception.
Caden Durham had 11 carries for 98 yards and two scores.
The 2-1 Tigers return home to host UCLA on Saturday afternoon.
