Week 5 of the college football season is in the books.
Tulane crushed South Florida 45-10 at Yulman Stadium. Darian Mensah passed for 326 yards and three touchdowns as the Green Wave improved to 3-2.
Elsewhere, Louisiana lost to Wake Forest 41-38. Ben Wooldridge threw for 257 yards and three TDs as the Ragin' Cajuns fell to 3-1.
In other action, Southeastern Louisiana lost to Tarleton State 36-33 on the road. The Lions fell to 1-and-4.
Southern was on a bye. The Jaguars will host Nicholls on Saturday.
