#8 LSU Defeats #15 Ole Miss In SEC Action

The Tigers prevailed over an SEC rival in overtime over the weekend.

#8 LSU defeated #15 Ole Miss 29-26 on Saturday in Baton Rouge.

Garrett Nussmeier connected with Kyren Lacy on a game-winning 25-yard TD pass in OT to help the Tigers notch their fifth straight win.

Nussmeier completed 22-of-51 throws for 337 yards, three touchdowns and two picks. Lacy had five catches for 111 yards and a score.

The Tigers are now 5-1 overall and 2-0 in conference play. They visit Arkansas on Saturday night.
