U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy says it's time for Congress and FEMA to work together to bring down premiums for flood insurance.

The Louisiana Republican released a new report on Thursday about the current state of the National Flood Insurance Program and the skyrocketing premiums faced by millions of homeowners nationwide.

Cassidy says FEMA's new risk assessment program, known as Risk Rating 2.0, prices many Louisianans out of the flood insurance market.
