The Saints are moving on from a key member of their defense.
New Orleans traded cornerback Marshon Lattimore and a 2025 fifth-round pick to the Washington Commanders in exchange for third, fourth and sixth-round selections next spring.
Lattimore has spent his entire eight-year career in New Orleans after being selected 11th overall in the first round of the 2017 draft. He finishes his tenure with the team with 405 tackles, 15 interceptions and 88 passes defended.
The Saints are looking to snap a seven-game losing streak when they play host to the Atlanta Falcons in Week 10.
