Tropical Storm Sara Expected To Weaken Over Yucatán

Tropical Storm Sara is expected to weaken before it enters the Bay of Campeche next week.

The storm is currently slowing down between the Bay Islands and the Northern mainland of Honduras as Central America deals with flooding and mudslides.

It's expected to move to the coast of Belize on Sunday, where it possibly could gain strength.

However, the National Hurricane Center said Sara's interaction with land and a cold front is expected to slow down the storm.

The storm will be a remnant low or tropical moisture and could increase rain chances as another cold front moves through the area around the middle of next week.
