The 38th annual Christmas in the Park is back in Metairie.
The event at Lafreniere Park started on Sunday and continues through December 30. This year's festival celebrates the 200th anniversary of Jefferson Parish.
Santa, Rudolph and Frosty will put in appearances on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.
Display themes will include Marvel and DC Comics, the Minions, Disney princesses, Star Wars, and Peanuts characters.
