Officials are identifying an elderly man found dead at the Beau Chene Marina on Friday morning.
The St. Tammany Parish coroner says the man was 78-year-old David Podesta, who lived on Marina Boulevard.
Deputies responded around 7:30 a.m. Friday to the marina near Mandeville after a man walking his dog reported a body floating in the water.
The cause of death hasn't been stated, but foul play is not suspected.
