Spencer Rattler completed 26-of-42 pass attempts for 240 yards and a touchdown in the losing effort.
Juwan Johnson had six receptions for 80 yards, while Clyde Edwards-Helaire led a stagnant run game with 26 yards on the ground.
The Saints finish the season last in the division at 5-12.
