President Joe Biden says all Americans are supporting the people of New Orleans in their time of mourning.
Biden and First Lady Jill Biden joined city and state leaders for a memorial service at the St. Louis Cathedral on Monday, honoring the 14 people killed and the dozens of others injured in the Bourbon Street terrorist attack.
Archbishop Gregory Aymond led the interfaith prayer service, along with leaders of the city's Jewish and Muslim congregations.
Biden addressed the assembly from the pulpit.
