A judge is ordering LSU to return law professor Ken Levy to the classroom during an ongoing internal investigation into his conduct.

On Tuesday, the judge granted Levy's request for a temporary restraining order against the university.

Another court had struck down an earlier TRO pending the outcome of an evidentiary hearing.

That hearing got underway on Monday with testimony from Levy, LSU President William Tate, law students, the dean of the law school, and others.

Levy is expected to return to the classroom on Thursday.
