Congressman Cleo Fields is hosting a series of town hall meetings for his constituents this week.
The first meeting was Monday evening in Baton Rouge, and the series continues through the week in cities across the massive Sixth Congressional District.
Tuesday's meeting will be in Lafayette, followed by Alexandria on Wednesday and Shreveport on Thursday.
Fields was elected to Congress last November. He most recently served as a state senator, but was previously a US Congressman in the 1990s.
