LSU law professor Ken Levy's struggle to return to the classroom is on hold again.

On Thursday, the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal reversed a lower court's ruling that ordered LSU to allow Levy to teach.

LSU removed Levy last month from his law school teaching assignments for the rest of the semester after he gave a classroom lecture that used profanity to insult Gov. Jeff Landry and President Donald Trump.

Levy is on paid administrative leave while LSU investigates the claims against him.
