LSU Loses To Mississippi State In SEC Tournament, 91-62

The Tigers were unable to punch their ticket to the second round of the SEC Tournament.

LSU lost to Mississippi State 91-62 in the first round in Nashville. Jordan Sears paced the team with 20 points in the losing effort.

The Tigers dropped to 14-18 overall.

Southern suffered a 65-62 overtime loss to Grambling in quarterfinal play at the SWAC Tournament. The Jaguars fell to 20-12.

In other action, Tulane will play tomorrow afternoon in the quarterfinals of the AAC Championship. The Green Wave sit at 18-13.
