NOPD Officer Arrested For Stalking Ex's New Boyfriend

A New Orleans police officer is on administrative duty following his arrest for stalking.

Police arrested Kaja Rhea on Wednesday for stalking his ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend since last month.

Rhea has reportedly called the man and followed him around in an NOPD patrol car.

This week, he reportedly parked outside a Kenner hotel where the man was staying, asked the staff for his room number, and challenged him to a fight.

Rhea has been reassigned pending the outcome of criminal and internal investigations.
