Manhunt Continues For 7 Orleans Parish Jail Escapees

Seven of the ten inmates who broke out of a New Orleans jail on Friday are still on the loose.

Gov. Jeff Landry announced on Sunday that the reward is now $20,000 per inmate, offered by the FBI, ATF, Crime Stoppers, and contributions from himself and State Senate President Cameron Henry.

The inmates faced various charges including murder, domestic abuse, and felon in possession of a firearm.

Landry has ordered the Louisiana Attorney General to investigate how the inmates escaped and who's responsible.
