A Louisiana appeals court is denying a request for a lighter sentence from the man who dragged a woman to death three years ago.
John Honore was sentenced to life in prison for the second-degree murder of 73-year-old Linda Frickey during a bungled carjacking in 2022.
Honore was driving Frickey's stolen car when he dragged her to death.
His three accomplices pleaded guilty to attempted manslaughter and were sentenced to 20 years. Because Honore was 17 at the time, he'll be eligible for parole after 25 years.
