NOPD Superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick is offering legal help to the two remaining jailbreak fugitives if they'll turn themselves in.
Derrick Groves and Antoine Massey were among ten inmates who escaped from the Orleans Parish jail nearly a month ago.
At a press conference on Wednesday, Kirkpatrick said she's arranged for legal representation for both men if surrender.
She said investigators believe at least one of the two fugitives may still be in the New Orleans area, but she didn't say which one.
