A Mississippi man faces a list of charges after he reportedly shot at Slidell police who responded to a domestic abuse situation late Monday night.
Officers responded around midnight to a 911 hangup call from a home on Riviera Drive. They arrived to find a man and a woman having a domestic dispute.
Police say Corey Griffin of Vicksburg fired at the officers and missed. Griffin ran, but officers caught him.
He's charged with domestic abuse, attempted murder of a police officer, aggravated assault with a firearm, and other charges.
