Granddaughter Of Late Saints Owner Arrested In South Carolina

The granddaughter of late Saints owner Tom Benson is accused of shoving a parking enforcement officer in South Carolina.

Rita Benson LeBlanc, 48, was allegedly arguing with the officer over a vehicle boot in Charleston when the incident occurred.

LeBlanc was arrested on a charge of hindering an officer or city employee this week.

She was once considered the heir of the New Orleans Saints before being removed from Tom Benson's succession plan due to a family dispute.
