Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry and Attorney General Liz Murrill are announcing multiple lawsuits against CVS.

This comes after CVS sent text messages to Louisiana residents about House Bill 358.

One of the lawsuits deals directly with the text messages, while a second suit alleges pharmacy benefit manager abuse on the part of CVS.

The third lawsuit claims CVS harms independent pharmacies in the state.
