No injuries are reported following the partial collapse of a building in the French Quarter on Thursday afternoon.
Just before 1 p.m., pieces of concrete, brick, and roof fell off the front of the Kurt E. Schon Building on St. Louis Street.
Workers were repairing the building's gutters when the collapse happened. The rubble fell onto the street and the sidewalk, but didn't hit any people or cars.
Firefighters partially closed the street to clean up the debris.
City inspectors authorized contractors to remove any loose materials that may fall.
