A Plaquemine man is back in jail a few months after then-President Joe Biden reduced his sentence.
Iberville Parish deputies arrested Malcom Jackson last Friday on charges of possession with intent to distribute cocaine, crack cocaine, hydrocodone, and Xanax.
Jackson is also charged with operating a drug lab and possessing drug paraphernalia.
He was sentenced to nearly eight years in 2024 for drug and weapons charges.
After Biden commuted his sentence in January, Jackson returned to Iberville Parish and reportedly resumed his career as a criminal.
