Spirit Halloween is about to open up shop this month in several locations in the New Orleans area.
The pop-up stores sell decorations, costumes, masks, and props for the Halloween season.
One location is planned for South Clearview Parkway in a former Party City in Elmwood. Metairie will see a Spirit open on Veterans Boulevard in the former Conns.
The Harvey location will be on Westbank Expressway in another former Party City.
Other locations are planned in Mandeville, Slidell, Hammond, and Houma.
