Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill is suing Roblox, the top gaming site for children and teenagers.
The lawsuit accuses the platform of enabling sexual exploitation and failing to protect minors from predators.
Murrill says more than half of the platform's 380 million monthly users are between the ages of nine and 16. She says Roblox has created an online environment where child sex predators hunt for kids.
Louisiana is suing the California-based company for restitution, damages, and attorney fees.
