An inmate mistakenly released from a New Orleans jail is back in custody.
Khalil Bryan was released from the Orleans Justice Center by mistake on July 25.
He was recaptured by the U.S. Marshals Service in Cypress, Texas after four weeks of searching.
Bryan has cases pending in Louisiana for aggravated battery, child endangerment and home invasion.
