A cause of death has been released in the case of 12-year-old Bryan Vasquez, who vanished from his home and was later found dead in a lagoon.
Police say he died due to blunt force trauma and drowning. The attack, the say, came from alligators.
New Orleans Police Supt. Anne Kirkpatrick has asked the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries to clear all the reptiles from that area.
Searchers found Vasquez's body yesterday.
