A second former City Hall staffer is suing Mayor LaToya Cantrell's administration.
The federal lawsuit by Tricia Diamond claims misuse of pandemic relief funds and retaliation after she raised concerns.
Diamond oversaw ARPA spending, and claims she was fired while on medical leave for reporting that city officials had misappropriated at least $15 million
Some of the money was sent to a nonprofit and a stadium project in the 9th Ward.
A similar suit was filed earlier this month and seeks damages for emotional distress and lost wages.
