Campaign finance reports for State Representative Delisha Boyd are raising questions as she runs for an at-large seat on the New Orleans City Council.

The records show that since the beginning of 2024, Boyd's campaign and the allied Elite PAC paid more than $40,000 to a company called DKR Marketing.

Both organizations have since admitted that the company doesn't exist, and that the funds went to DKR Real Estate Investments LLC.

The company is co-owned by Boyd and her daughter Kristen, who also runs the Elite PAC.
