The U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals is vacating a previous ruling that found Louisiana's Ten Commandments Law unconstitutional.
The law requires the Ten Commandments to be displayed in every public classroom in the state.
Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill says a three-judge panel made the previous opinion that declared the law unconstitutional.
Murrill says the case will now be reheard before the entire court. The date for rehearing the case hasn't been announced.
