Five new SNAP application assistance centers are set to open in New Orleans.
The sites will have information about the SNAP program and help for those who are applying for it.
The assistance centers will be at AP Sanchez Service Center, City Hall, Allie Mae Williams Service Center, Edna Pilsbury Health Center, and New Orleans East WIC Clinic.
Each location is open on different days each month.
