The driverless ride service Waymo is on its way to New Orleans.
Waymo's vehicles are equipped with sensors, radars, and cameras to take the place of a driver.
So far Waymo vehicles are rolling in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Atlanta, and Austin. Company officials say they're looking to expand the service to more cities.
Waymo vehicles have logged 100 million driverless miles in more than ten million trips, accumulating a safety record that reportedly shows them to be safer than human drivers.
