The three suspects accused in the death of a Kansas City reporter are rejecting a plea deal.
Attorneys for Danette Colbert, Rickey White, and Christian Anderson appeared in court on Monday morning.
The suspects are charged with racketeering in connection with the death of Adan Manzano. Kenner police found Manzano dead in his hotel room during Super Bowl week.
One of the attorneys said the offered plea deal would have sent all three suspects to prison for 60 years.
